The Foundation has been able to maintain its personal approach to the community by asking community members to establish teams and asking each member of their team to solicit friends, neighbors, relatives and business associates for donations to your Walk-A-Thon team.  Each team's strength is built not in the number of people on the team, but in the Captain's ability to select people who will raise funds for people with developmental disabilities and have an understanding that they have an overall team goal to achieve.

Does your employer, family member's employer or friend's employer have a Matching Gift Program?  There are many companies who have active Matching Gift Programs.  Ask your employer if they will match the gift you would like to send or have already sent to the SCARC Foundation, Inc.  Please submit an official Matching Gift Form from your company with your donation.
